Wenonah B. Sharpe Fund
Wenonah Sharpe was a long-time WIT volunteer and staff member. In her memory, WIT established this endowment fund in her name. To make a contribution to the fund, please note so on the check or money order (or contribution envelope) that you send to WIT (checks should be made out to Women In Transition).
Memorial / Tribute Giving
WIT gladly accepts gifts in honor or memory of important people in your life. When you send your donation to WIT, please be sure to include the name and address of the person or persons to whom you would like WIT to send an acknowledgment or sympathy card.
For a gift of $100 or more in honor of a significant woman in your life, WIT will place her name on a plaque on the door of one of our group rooms. For more information, check out our Tribute Program link.
Matching Gifts
Does your employer have a matching gifts program? Many companies match any gift or gifts made by their employees to not-for-profit organizations. WIT is qualified to receive such gifts and is grateful for them. Please submit any matching gift paperwork that your company uses when you send a donation to WIT.
Annual Raffle
Each spring, WIT holds an Annual Raffle to raise money for our programs and services.
With over 40 great prizes, the raffle is a fun and popular way to support WIT. Tickets are just $3 each, 2 for $5, or a book of
5 tickets for just $10 !
